AGARTALA, July 28 (TIWN): Anganwadi workers and helpers placed a deputation to the Social Welfare Minister Santana Chakma with their various demands.

The demands of Anganwadi workers included their regularization, extension of service period, and gratuity.

A delegation of five members from among those workers handed over a copy of the supporting demands to the Minister’s office.

The workers alleged that this Govt is violating Supreme Court’s order in the regularization, gratuity like matters.
