AGARTALA, July 26 (TIWN): BJP miscreants organized an attack on Congress meeting in Charipara Sachindralal area under Amtali police station on 21st July. After the incident a woman named Sulekha Khatun recorded Congress Party Office vandalism’s video. For recording Vandalism video BJP miscreants organised an attack on the woman on 24th July and vandalised her house.

It is alleged that she was kicked in her stomach in front of the police but after the incident the police of Amtali PS could not provide any kind of security to the woman and even the police station did not accept the case.

After the attack the injured woman was taken to the Hospital for treatment.  

On Tuesday, Tripura Pradesh Women Congress workers filed a written complaint at Amtali PS against the miscreants Kashem Bhuiyan, Imran Mia, Amir Mia, Kabir Mia, Human Mia, Pintu Mia and Bacchu Mia. However, it has now remained to be seen what action the Police will take against the miscreants.
