AGARTALA, July 22 (TIWN): Congress on Friday held a protest in Agartala against the interrogation of Sonia Gandhi by ED.

The party on Thursday, paraded PM Modi and HM Amit Shah’s effigies and burnt the effigies.

Congress has slammed the agency's action against its top leadership and called it a "political vendetta".

On Thursday, Congress MLA Sudip Barman said, “Such actions are the outcome of sick-minded leaders. ED, CBI area Parakeets of BJP. A fascist, Hitlerian regime has been established by the Govt and this BJP party is one man-centric party”.
