AGARTALA, June 29 (TIWN): Drug smuggling, cultivation, manufacturing have ruined Tripura’s young generation, taking the economy into a negative route. On Tuesday, in a shocking incident, Bagabasa Police arrested at least 7 women and 1 men with massive amount of Ganja. All the arrested youths are reportedly from West Bengal were trafficking drugs in bags from Tripura. They were in tomtom (E-Rickshaw) from Dharmanagar to Bagabasa when Police arrested them.
When the BJP led Tripura Govt makes tall claims on “Nesha Mukt Tripura”, this describes the real situation in the state. Deaddiction centers numbers have spiked up in the state turning a shape into a popular business center.
