Addressing at the gathering, Trinamool leader Rajib Banerjee said, “BJP has no trust on the people and that’s why the BJP is using the goons but BJP does not know when people wake up, such goons can’t do anything”.

“Let the BJP play with goons and let us promise to the people that in 2023 Trinamool will come to the power with public support and will give door to door Govt, instead of door goons”, said Rajib Banerjee.

The protest programme was held against the commodity price hikes.
