AGARTALA, April 21 (TIWN): Govt comparing Tripura’s medical services earlier said that state’s Medical services are far better than Hyderabad and other big cities. But ground reality is the patient, including patient party often suffers in Hospitals, Sub-Divisional Hospital and Primary Health centers due to the pathetic shape of Services in Hospitals. Reportedly a man named Rajib Saha of Karaimura in Bishramganj got injured while cutting trees at home, later Rajib was taken by her mother to Bishramganj Primary health care for getting treatment. But injurer’s mother alleged that the on-duty staff asked the mother to bring medical items like gloves, stitch items and toxoid from outside.

After that Rajib’s mother got shocked and over this issue his mother said that she could bring necessary items for his son but if there any Poor patient comes to the health Center then they couldn’t continue the treatment due to shortage of Medical equipment in Bishramganj Health Center.

She raised the question that even basic medical equipment cannot be kept in the Health Center?
