AGARTALA, April 21 (TIWN): Instead of curbing, the demand of drugs has increased in past few years, and the slogan 'Nesha Mukt Tripura' has remained just a banner in front of Tripura's Drug-Den.

Sources said the drug consumption, trading smuggling has doubled under BJP's Double Engine's Govt. Reportedly, Bishalgarh PS OC, SDPO along with his team based on secret sources information led a raid on Thursday at two houses at Naraura area under Bishalgarh PS and recovered huge amount of drugs items from both the houses.

In this raid the Police detained two person identified as Samir Debnath and Basu Debnath. The storage of huge amount of drugs in both houses has generated stir in the area.
