AGARTALA, April 11 (TIWN): Though CM Biplab Deb often claims that crime rate has been downed in the state Tripura but everyday drug smuggling and theft cases have turned into popular content in Tripura. Now, thieves have looted Cooperative Bank in Agartala city which is located in the heart of the capital city Agartala. Reportedly, a group of thieves entered Tripura State Co-operative Bank Limited at Durga Chomuni Bipani Bitan Market. In the middle of the night, the thief broke the gate of the grill and entered the bank, and then cut the wire of CCTV camera.

The police have come to the spot and informed that they are investigating the incident.
