AGARTALA, April 10 (TIWN): Allegation raised against Bishalgarh Municipal Corporation for illegally filling up water bodies across Bishalgarh.

To fill up any water body, Municipal bodies need permission but without permission using intriguing means, the Municipal corporation is allegedly filling up ponds by throwing garbage on them.

Local people in various areas have raised the allegation that ponds are filling up by throwing garbage on them. 

Such illegal actions are not only affecting the water balance of the area, causing problems for the people there but also harming the ecosystem.
