AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): CPI-M supporters flooded the City Agartala with massive gatherings to fight against the murder of Democracy and to protest against the breach Promises made by BJP-IPFT prior to the poll.

Addressing the rally former CM, Manik Sarkar said, “We take oxygen from air, and without oxygen we cannot survive, and civilized society’s oxygen is ‘Democracy’. Without oxygen we would be suffocating. Under BJP-IPFT rule in civilized society suffocation happens as Democracy under attack, and the right to vote has been snatched”.

Sarkar said, “Protest for Financial issues could not be done without restoring the ‘Democracy’……”

“Protest will be continuing to restore ‘Democracy’ and to cast the ‘Voting right’ with freedom and without any fear and to fight unitedly against the ‘Vote looters’.
