AGARTALA, March 28 (TIWN): Alleging "Loot has been going on in the name of Road construction in Hejamara block area" locals have blcoked road. It is known that the road repair is under progress from Hejamara to Barakanthal and Mohanpur area but it is alleged that the road construction is being done in improper way.
A local alleged instead of work in broad day-light, the work is being done after evening. Seeing the poor construction of road the angst, locals blocked the road and demanded that the road should be constructed in a proper way otherwise they will not let the work be done in an improper manner.
A man who was on-duty and was intervening in the work avoided the media while he was asked various question by journalist regarding the work.
