But under the pressure of the locals, the drug dealer finally was detained by police and brought to police station.

However, no arrest has been confirmed yet.

Gopal Saha was in intoxicated state when he was brought to the Police station. The accused said that he had nexus with a police official whom he used to give Rs. 2000 per month, but the new lady officer has detained him. 

He confessed that smuggling via Indo-Bangla border is his main profession.
