BELONIA, March 21 (TIWN): CPI-M marched in support of the 2 days strike keeping in view the 12-point demand in Belonia.

A rally was held from the CPI-M divisional office on Monday to protest against the anti-people and anti-labor policies of the government with the slogan "Save the people, save the country".

The rally started from the CPI-M divisional office, passed through Tila No. 1 and ended again at Tila No. 1, South Belonia School Corner, where a meeting was held.

Trilokesh Sinha, Gopal Reang, Ratna Das, Ripu Saha, Subal Roy, CPI-M Balonia sub-divisional secretary Tapas Dao, South district secretary Basudeb Majumder, labour union leader Vijay Tilak participated in the rally.

The presence of people including women, men, students, youth, workers was noticeable during the rally.
