AGARTALA, March 18 TIWN: Based on secret sources' information of storing foreign liquor illegally, Battala outpost Police conducted a search operation at Battala Bazar area and recovered huge amount of foreign liquor from a Shop.

The seized illegally stored foreign liquor estimated price would be Rs 50- 60,000.

Though, in this connection, the shop owner was not detained by Police.

However, Police sources said the shop owner was identified as Priyotosh Debnath, a resident of Joynagar area.
