AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Daring theft incident reported in Gautam Nagar area under Bishalgarh PS. It is known that the house owner Ratan Debnath and his wife Geeta Debnath, a resident of Gautam Nagar area under Bishalgarh PS were not at home on Saturday night and taking advantage of this, a group of thieves looted gold ornaments including cash Rs 50,000.

On hearing the theft incident the house owner Ratan Debnath and his wife Geeta Debnath rushed home on Sunday and found the almirah and Showcase lock were broken. It is known the family are going through massive financial crisis and amid this the theft incident pushed them into a harder situation.

However the theft incident was reported to Bishalgarh PS.

Often theft incidents have been occurring in the Bishalgarh area but the Police are unable to control the theft incident in that area. As a result the security and safety of common lives remains nowhere.
