‘Tripura Ranks first in Crime against Women and Violence’

AGARTALA, March 5 (TIWN): Opposition Trinamool Party has slammed BJP led Tripura Govt over increasing crime against women and heavy political violence in the state.
Addressing media, Trinamool leader Subal Bhowmik said, “It is not our data but Central Govt’s national crime bureau has expressed concerns over Tripura’s law and order. It has ranked Tripura at the first position in crime rate against women and also in case of violence, the condition is same”.
Trinamool party will place a deputation to the Chief Secretary over the deteriorated law and order situation in state.
