AGARTALA, March 2 (TIWN): Though Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath earlier claimed that he has no idea how many teachers to be recruited by TRBT but recently he said, around 2,500 teachers to be recruited by March month.

However, it may upset TET qualifiers as they requested the Govt to recruit all TET qualified teachers together who are more than 3,000 in numbers.

TET qualified unemployed youths before 2 weeks met Minister Ratan Lal Nath demanding immediate recruitment. The TET-1 and TET-2 passed out youths further demanded that the numbers of posts should be increased so that nobody stays deprived of getting jobs including the UR category candidates. Their main demand was to recruit all TET-qualified unemployed youths together who are more than 3,000.
