BISHALGARH, March 2 (TIWN): Police fined a driver while carrying a cupboard and other furniture in front of Bishalgarh PS, the Police fined the driver citing he was carrying furniture by violating rules.

However, the driver opposing the Police's fine asked to register a case or to keep his vehicle as he can’t pay the fine, which generated arguments among Police and the driver.

The driver alleged that the Police who were in the raid asked the driver forcefully to pay a fine if anyone passed in front of Bishalgarh PS.
