AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): On 18 points demand TMC on 3rd March will place deputation to SDMs of all sub-divisions with the initiative of ST Cell, raising various issues.
Talking before media TMC Convenor Subal Bhowmik raised issues of various deprivations of Janajati people residing in ADC areas. Bhowmik mentioned the paralyzed situation of Education System in ADC areas, shortage of School teachers and crisis of infrastructure in Schools. He said that the Health System in ADC areas remained pathetic due to shortages of Doctors, Nurses and Medicines in Health Centers.
Before media he raised the deprivation of ADC areas' people. Bhowmik also alleged that the connecting roads from ADC areas turned deplorable. Pointing to the state Govt including ADC administration, Bhowmik said that in ADC areas Janajati people suffer from crisis of pure drinking water, but the Govt is not giving importance to them.
Subal Bhowmik further slamming ruling BJP Govt said that in past 4 years the state turned into a Desert.
