AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): The Trinamool Congress’s SC cell has staged protests, placed deputation to all the SDMs across Tripura’s 23 sub-divisions with various demands for the SC.

Addressing media, Trinamool Steering Committee convener Subal Bhowmik said, “Today under the BJP Govt, SC people are deprived nationally as well as in this state the scenario is same”.

“Just before 6 months, in the cabinet, an SC got a placement. State-wide SC students are suffering due to pending stipends, scholarships”, said Bhowmik.
