AGARTALA, Feb 21 (TIWN): Based on secret information Lefunga PS Police led a raid at a Grocery shop in Fatikchara area under Lefunga PS and found out illegally stored Foreign liquor in the Grocery shop. The Shop owner identified as Sanjit Shil, S/o- Jahar Shil, resident of Harina Khola under Sidai PS has been arrested.

However the Police seized the illegally stored foreign liquor from the shop and shut down the shop. Total 71 different types of liquor were recovered from the shop.

The operation was done with a joint venture of Lefunga PS Police and Mohanpur's SDPO. Police lodged a case and will take action accordingly.
