AGARTALA, Feb 20 (TIWN): The death toll of 10323 teachers has raised to 126 as one more terminated teacher has breathed her last. The deceased has been identified as Mrinali Debbarma (39) of Khowai, Baijal Bari. Reportedly, since her job loss, she was suffering from extreme mental pressure and went into depression. She was last appointed at Banbari Senior Basic School till 10323 teachers were permanently terminated. Joint Movement Committee has condoled her death. Mrinali Debbarma died in a nursing home in Agartala.Reacting to her death, Joint Movement Committee member Kamal Deb said, “We are really saddened. Mrinali Debbarma was suffering from mental depression and out of the mental depression she has died. So far 126 colleagues of us died. Govt should request the Govt to stop the death toll”.
