AGARTALA, Feb 19 (TIWN): TET-1 and TET-2 recruitment will be held as per traditional process and not by any new demand, said Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath recently when asked by media about TET teachers recruitment development.
However, he said, all recruitment will be done gradually and so there is nothing to worry about.
“TET does not have any waiting list, It is TRBT which gives certificates”, said Nath.
TET qualified unemployed youths on Saturday met Minister Ratan Lal Nath demanding immediate recruitment. The TET-1 and TET-2 passed out youths further demanded that the numbers of posts should be increased so that nobody stays deprived of getting jobs including the UR category candidates. Their main demand was to recruit all TET-qualified unemployed youths together. Ratan Lal Nath’s statement came after a day that is on last Sunday. However, from TRBT there is no update amid many unemployed youths are worried about becoming overaged.
