AGARTALA, Feb 7 (TIWN): A minor boy was rescued from a bike mechanic's shop near Nabodoy Sangh at Durga Chaumuni in Agartala.

The Labor Department and Childline were involved in the operation.

The boy was working in a local businessman Tapas Dasgupta’s bike shop.

Shop-keeper and a few locals reportedly misbehaved with the Childline members. The little however claimed he is above 14 but the Childline team did not believe the story and rescued the little boy to the Childline home.
