She received major injuries and is now critical after the bike at high speed had lost control and met with an accident.

Reportedly, Rajinikanth Debbarma, 25, resident of Sonamura Matinagar area, and his mother Kiranmala Debbarma, 62, were going towards Melaghar on a pulsar numbered 62 TR07C 8989 and met with the accident.

Sumon Chowdhury, a young boy from the area, helped to bring the woman to Melaghar Hospital.

The injured woman has been identified as Kiranmala Debabarma.
