AGARTALA, Feb 10 (TIWN): Amid Supreme Court of India slammed Biplab Deb Govt and its police for illegal harassments of netizens, now another slap received from the High Court in BJP MLA’s daughter’s suspension over Facebook criticism.
Reportedly, Anindita Bhowmik D/o- BJP MLA Arun Chandra Bhowmik had posted in her Personal Facebook ID over ‘purchasing machine without tender’, which erupted angst among Govt and TMC hospital and centring her Post, she was suspended from her job.
Accordingly, Anindita Bhowmik who has been serving in TMC hospital filed a case against the decision in High Court. After a long wait, the Court gave the verdict and cancelled her Suspension Order. On behalf of Anindita Bhowmik Advocate Purushottom Roy Barman appeared in HC.
After hearing Judgement Anindita Bhowmik Pointing Govt said, “With huge mental Pressure I fought the battle, so that following me other people can fight”.
