BELONIA, Feb 8 (TIWN): 10,323 teachers, who lost their jobs in 2020, and have been sitting home without salary for the past 22 months, today placed deputation to the Education Department in South Tripura. The terminated teachers placed deputation demanding individual Termination letters and said “Either send us to School or provide us Individual termination letter”.

If a regular job be sacked then a termination letter must be provided in A4 size Paper by name, but not yet we received the termination letters. As we haven’t received the paper, it means our jobs have not gone”, said a terminated teacher Hrishikesh Bhowmik before media.
"Under which Writ Petition.......who has filed case against 10,323 teachers and in which Writ Petition they (10,323 teachers) were respondent...........by mentioning everything individual termination letter should be given", said the terminated teacher.
