AGARTALA / KOLKATA, Feb 4 (TIWN): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee during a party’s organizational meeting said that the people of Tripura are in favour of Trinamool Congress and Trinamool will definitely form a Govt in Tripura in 2023. After an organizational meeting was completed at Kolkata Netaji Indoor Stadium and Mamata Banerjee was elected as the party supremo again, Tripura State leaders including Convener Subal Bhowmik returned Tripura and held a press meet. Addressing media, Subal Bhowmik said, “We are extremely happy that Mamata Banerjee was elected as the party chief again and under Mamata Banerjee, the way developments are going on in West Bengal, same will happen in Tripura too. Mamata Banerjee during the meeting 6 times mentioned Tripura’s name and she said that the people of Tripura are in full support of the Trinamool and Trinamool too will give its all efforts to form Govt here”.
“Through sources, Mamata Banerjee has come to know that people of Tripura are unhappy over the lawless condition. People have now the freedom to speak the truth. Moreover, how the Trinamool leaders were attacked in Tripura, it was also experienced. With all these, to give freedom to the people of Tripura from the Dictatorship, Trinamool will fight with full strength”, Subal Bhowmik told the media.
