AGARTALA, Feb 3 (TIWN): Ahead of Saraswati Puja, preparations are on peak in Tripura.

Idol makers are busy shaping the Saraswati idols and markets have been set for the puja business.

However, due to Covid-19, the numbers of idols are limited.

Talking to a seller, he said, due to Covid-19 they faced lots of losses in past years and that’s why they are not taking any risk this time. The demand for idols are so far is moderate.

As schools, colleges have been opened, Saraswati puja will be celebrated in all the institutions.
