BISHALGARH, Feb 1 (TIWN): Gakulnagar Market committee members have rescued a stolen bike.
Reportedly on 17th Jan a bike register number- TR01P-5289 belonging to a person named Jayant Dey was stolen from Bardowali area of Agartala. Accordingly a case was registered at AD Nagar PS but the Police allegedly did not take initiative to find out the stolen bike.
Later a night guard of Gokulnagar noticed a bike in an abandoned place in the market and informed it to the Market committee. Later finding out the actual owner of the bike, handed it over to its owner, Jayanta Dey on Tuesday.
However, it is noteworthy that the incidents of bike theft are coming to light from different parts of the state.
