AGARTALA, Jan 28 (TIWN): Raising 12 points demand, the Tripura State Employees Union placed Deputation to the director of Education Department.

The demands were raised- To give promotion at the right time in Education Department like every department. Demanded for giving the exact reason why the promotion is delayed in the higher education department. Due to promotion delays for those who have gone to Retirement in the last month, Financial Benefit should be provided. Those who completed 5 years and yet providing services in Fixed pay, should have to Regularise them immediately. Those who are in Casual Post and have an order of Finance demanded to be regularised. 

Demand raised to provide Earn Leave as employees of School Education Department. Demand raised to provide employment in Die in Harness Scheme to one of the family members within one year. To provide Risk Allowance to all the employees who work in College Lab.

To provide drinking water and to arrange canteen in all colleges. Some employees’ of Higher Education such as Group-D employees of Receive Section misbehave with Teaching Non Teaching Staff, so far demand has been raised to take strict action against them.
