BELONIA (South Tripura), Jan 23 (TIWN): Two illegal mineral water factories were sealed by the administration in Belonia.
The two sealed factories are 1) Saraswati Pure Drop at the Drop Gate area and 2) Daily Fresh Water in Satmura area.
The raid was held by South Tripura CMO Dr. Jagadish Chandra Nama, Food safety Officer Nirmalendu Datta and Drugs Control Officer Adiya Kumar Chakma.
The administration officials suddenly raided the water factories around 11:30 am on Sunday. The operation was carried out by Food Safety Officer Nirmalendu Dutta, Drugs Control Officer Aditya Kumar Chakma, RBSK Medical Officer and other officials led by South District Chief Health Officer Dr Jagadish Chandra Namah.
Lack of hygiene was spotted in both the factories and at the same time no paper document could be shown by the owners.
