AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Jan 21 (TIWN): Prime Minister Narendra Modi vows again for development clapping for Biplab Deb led Tripura Govt for a successful Governance in Tripura. PM Modi was addressing Tripura on 50th Statehood Day, said, “Today, Tripura is developing. The Govt is working to fulfill the small, small demands of the people and Biplab Deb and his team along with Double-Engine Govt (Central and State BJP Govt) are working really hard”. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also has claimed about a “Vikas” under the Double-Engine Govt but he remained silent over the pre-poll promises of Tripura BJP like 7th pay Commission, 50,000 Govt Jobs in the first one year, permanent solution of 10323 teachers issue.
PM Modi claimed the Agartala Airport, New Terminal building is a part of New Year gift but the project belongs to the previous UPA Govt under former PM Manmohon Singh.
Pre-election promises and Vision Document issues have not been mentioned by the PM.
On the other hand, BJP MLA Sudip Roy Barman who has declared to quit BJP soon has blasted the Govt for its attempt to show previous Govt’s projects as own Govt project although people are just frustrated with the Govt.
