AGARTALA, Jan 21 (TIWN): Though CM Biplab Deb continues to claim that law and order are under control, the reality is resulting in everyday theft incidents.
On Friday, AMC mayor Dipak Majudmer’s own office located at Shakar Chowumhani was looted by thieves.
This incident has triggered tension in the area. Police started investigation in full-wave to find the culprits behind.
The Mayor after getting information rushed to the spot and talked to police.
Robbery and theft cases have drastically increased in the state Tripura.
