AGARTALA, Jan 19 (TIWN): In South Indranagar a water manufacturing company named ‘Droplet’ has been running their water filling business for a long time. After receiving the report of illegal business today on the initiative of Health Dept officials held a raid in the Company and gave notice to shut down the company. Besides, informed the owner that from today if the officials can get information of running this business further then punishment will be given according to law.

It is known the owner has documented as a retailer but does not have the Manufacture's license, and the owner was told to apply for the license and to keep it shut until the owner gets the valid documents in their hand.

Talking with the health officer it is known that in West District around 38 Packaged Drinking Water Manufacturing companies are running their business illegally without valid Documents and they will take initiative to raid the companies.
