AGARTALA, Jan 19 (TIWN): 1-Year ahead of Tripura Assembly Election, Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath claimed that BJP Govt can’t be labeled as a 4-Year-Old Govt because only 2 years could be worked properly and rest of the 2 years were wasted due to Covid. The Minister was addressing Agartala Rabindra Bhawan on the occasion of Kokborok Diwas. Although Ministers, MLAs continued to get their salaries, enjoying luxury at public taxes but Minister Ratan Lal Nath blamed Corona-virus for “limited” work of the State Govt from 2018 to 2021
Ratan Lal Nath was briefing about what Tripura Govt has done to upgrade the Kokborok language when said so.
Ratan Lal Nath said, “Kokborok has a lot of opportunities to generate employment. Now it is the main query of what our Govt has done for the language’s expansion. Remember, our Govt could not work for 2 years for Corona. Still, we have made Kokborok for students. In the same way during the interviews also, the language has been promoted”.
“By March we will recruit Kokborok PGT teachers……”, added the Minister.
