AGARTALA, Jan 18 (TIWN): On 30 Dec, heavy quarrel erupted between Suman Sinha and Titu Sarkar of the same area over cutting paddy in Kalkalia area under Bishalgarh subdivision. Centering the quarrel Sumon Sinha with angst attacked Titu Sarkar, where he fell to the ground on the spot.

Injured Titu Sarkar was brought to Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital in critical condition by his family members. As his condition was critical he was later referred to GB Hospital but Titu died while undergoing treatment at GB Hospital.

The family then filed a murder case against the accused Suman Sinha and his father Manik Sinha at Bishalgarh PS. Kishangarh police arrested Manik Sinha on January 8 but the police of Bishalgarh PS could not arrest Sumon Sinha as he had escaped.

Finally, on Tuesday, Sumon Sinha was arrested by the Bishalgarh PS police and he was produced before the court.
