AGARTALA, Jan 17 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Monday has claimed that self-help group women are earning Rs. 56,000 in Tripura.

CM was addressed in a programme in Agartala said, “Earlier Tripura youths, women had no self-confidence. When I used to the rallies, I found women are walking without interest. They have no self-confidence but see today, women who are under self-help group earning even Rs. 34,000 and few women are earning Rs. 56,000”.

“Today Tripura is atma-nirvar. Youths are filled with self-confidence”, added Biplab Deb.
