AGARTALA, Jan 13 (TIWN): Deputy CM cum Finance Minister Jishnu Debbarman on Thursday visited the Police gallery at Ujjayanta Palace, Agartala.

Talking to the media, Jishnu Debbarman said, “Tripura’s police history is not new. I have come to know that there was a different dress for Tripura Police during the monarchy. Collections of this museum are very good and I am happy to see that the martyrs' photos have been kept in the palace who dedicated their lives to save Tripura". 

“Tripura although a small state, has everything. From military history to airports, the state is fulfilled. SD Barman’s elder brother received Military Cross (MC) and then Arjun Debbarma too received the award. Tripura police then also received the President's Award”, said Debbarman.
