AGARTALA, December 30 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and Governor P B Acharya upon his arrival at the state extended their greeting for the people of the state on the eve of New Year. On his greeting Governor P B Acharya said “we must keep hope on God to move forward in life and bring in new thoughts and ideas in our lifeâ€.
Chief Minister Manik Sarkar extending his greeting for the people of the state said that the year gone by has brought a lot of achievements in Tripura and the government succeeded here in winning the people’s heart. He also added that “Let the New Year brings Peace and Harmony to all”.
However, to mention here Tripura along with other nations had already geared up for the New Year celebration. People comprising of school and college children along with the adults started making a bee storming gathering at the shops to buy the New Year greetings cards for the near and dear ones.
