PM Modi promised ‘Double-Vikas’ in future but no talk about Pre-Poll Promise on 7th Pay Commission, 50,000 Govt Jobs, 10323 Teachers' Permanent Solution

AGARTALA, Jan 4 (TIWN): Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Tripura visit on Tuesday has claimed about a Double-Vikas under the Double-Engine Govt but he remained silent over the pre-poll promises of Tripura BJP like 7th pay Commission, 50,000 Govt Jobs in the first one year, permanent solution of 10323 teachers issue.
PM Modi claimed the Agartala Airport, New Terminal building is a part of New Year gift but the project belongs to the previous UPA Govt under former PM Manmohon Singh.
Pre-election promises and Vision Document issues have not been mentioned by the PM.
Addressing the gathering, PM Modi in Bengali and Kokborok greeted the people with a Happy New Year.
“I am amazed to see your love. I will give you Double Vikas”, said Modi.
