AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): A 99-year-old senior citizen of Tripura is begging from door to door. The senior citizen was identified as Monindra Das, a resident of AD Nagar area. The elderly person several times applied with documents for Govt Allowance but did not receive it.

Earlier Monindra Das visited Biplab Deb’s quarter 5-6 months back but CM Biplab Deb’s security guard allegedly pushed the old Monindra Das out by grabbing his shoulder. The elderly man doesn’t even have money to eat food and now seeks food for himself and his ill wife.
