AGARTALA, Dec 22 (TIWN): A 15 years old girl was kidnapped in Santir Bazar on October 19.

It is alleged that the Police are not playing the role properly to rescue the girl.

Reportedly, 15 years old daughter of Sanjit Malakar was abducted by Mantu Debnath, the residence of Ishan Chandra Nagar, Loknath Para on October 19 from Santir Bazaar area. A case was filed against Mantu Debnath at Santir Bazar PS and since then the victim’s father has been visiting the PS repeatedly to get back her daughter.

The father alleged two months have passed but yet he has not got back his daughter. Also, allegations have been raised that the OC of Shanti Bazar PS, SDPO, and SI Seema Roy have been slowing down to lighten the abduction case.

Not only that, the Police team allegedly took money from the victim’s father to fill petrol in the government police car. The abducted girl's father kept begging to Police to find his daughter and to return her. 

Victim's father lodged a case against Santir Bazar police in Dist court.
