AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): No shame of BJP even after winning over Chappa Vote in Municipal Poll. BJP miscreant’s unstoppable attacks on opposition party workers have been going on. Today, CPIM indoor meeting was organised at Pritha Chakraborty’s house at Biddhanagar, Ranir Bazar where BJP 8-10 bike gang goons organised deadly attacks on CPIM party workers during the meeting.

CPI-M party workers Chiranjib Deb, Bhaskar Datta, Chunilal Saha, Tinku Saha Dipankar Deb  including many were injured. Among them, Bhaskar Datta was injured seriously as he was beaten up by miscreants brutally and his hand was broken. The severely injured Datta is going through treatment at GB hospital.

CPIM party leader Manik Dey claimed before the media that the Police did not take any initiative despite informing them. The CPIM leaders expressed resentment over the slumbering role of Police.
