AGARTALA, Dec 13 (TIWN): Unemployed OT Technologists have met the Director of Health seeking immediate recruitment. The unemployed youths said since 2017 no recruitment was held for the vacant posts, resulting, a lot of passing out job aspirants are turning overage. The last recruitment was held in 2016. The job aspirants have demanded their recruitment should be held in B.Sc posts as per their quality. They also alleged the recruitment was held with very low eligibility like 10th passed when hundreds of qualified youths are jobless. “OT management is a serious job. A Govt can’t compromise with the quality especially when it has qualified candidates. We want our recruitment in B.Sc posts. Recently Tripura Govt announced to recruit lab-technicians but for us, no post was created”, said a job aspirant.
