SANTIR BAZAR, Dec 12 (TIWN): A group of cow thieves left a bike behind and escaped from the spot after the house owner came out of the room.

Reportedly, the thieves escaped from the spot leaving a bike behind yesterday night at Kanchan Nagar area in Santir Bazar. The bike bearing number 08C8868 has been seized by police.

Paper documents have been found with the bike in the name of Nimai Das.

Santir Bazar Police are investigating the case and the bike owner is to be detained by police.
