AGARTALA, Nov 25 (TIWN): State Election Commission has violated Supreme Court's guidelines and order and allowed massive rigging. A total failure of police administration has been witnessed in this Municipal poll.

Not only opposition but common men alleged 'massive rigging'. Thousands return without casting votes and the maximum booths were seen crowded.

Reportedly, Tapan Biswas, a TMC candidate from Ward No. 51 in Agartala, was brutally beaten up by BJP miscreants. His eyes' conditions are serious now.

Centering the brutal attack on TMC candidate, Tapan Biswas, TMC steering Committee member, Subal Bhowmik said, “Wherever BJP miscreants noticed TMC workers, they organized attacks. They are stopping the voters from casting votes but the Election Commission is not taking any role”.

“If Candidates are unable to cast their votes,  then what will happen to common people ? Biplab Deb and his Police did not care about Supreme Court's order", said Subal Bhowmik.
