AGARTALA, Nov 9 (TIWN): In a major jolt for the SSA teachers, Tripura High Court has refused to hear the ‘Contempt of Court’ case of the SSA teachers further which was filed as the Govt did not regularize all the SSA teachers even after High Court's order.
Tripura Govt told the Court that it has formed a scheme for regularizing the SSA teachers. However, as the opposite side lawyer alleged that the scheme did not follow the guidelines as directed by the High Court, then the division bench reportedly suggested to file a new petition challenging the Scheme of the State Govt which has been constituted for SSAs' regularization.
Senior Advocate Purushottom Roy Barman said that a fresh writ petition will be filed in this regard.
