AGARTALA, Oct 20 (TIWN): Tripura Finance Dept on 27th Sep had announced that along with various contractual employees, pensioners and even family pensioners will get Rs. 1,000 as puja grant.

But even though Laxmi puja has gone, no pensioner has received the amount.

This has erupted resentment among the pensioners.

At the same time, Asha workers who were promised to be given with Rs. 2,000 advances have not received the amount yet.
