It has been many days that the locals are suffering due to acute water crisis problems but even after requesting the authority many times, no action had taken place.

At last the locals today met MLA Sudip Roy Barman in his quarter.

The MLA talked to the officials over phone and told the people that they have to wait till Durga puja and till then, Municipality will provide free drinking water to them.
